I’m Kayli and to put it all in a nutshell? I’m someone who has been there. I’ve kissed the boys, danced on one too many tables (is there really such a thing?) + have had life lessons that have shaped me to my core. But I’m also a content strategist, dog mom, podcast host + wellness junkie who meditates on the reg. I guess you could say I’m a normal multifaceted 20-something who encourages women to live their best lives….

Small business looking for a content strategy that knocks your audience’s socks off while increasing your profit and your reputation?

#OWNINGIT
Episode 2 of #OwningIt was a fave + honestly? It’s because it felt a little like a therapy session. Life Coach, Kristin Lohr, is a woman who encourages you to embrace every part of you, no matter how messy, and love the stage you’re in...even if that stage happens to be drunk crying on your coach over a one-worded text. *shrug* If you’ve been wanting to learn how to harness your strengths, diminish that quarter life crisis you feel bubbling-up or how to get paid for being you, listen-up, buttercup.
FEMININE GENIUS
Feminine Genius is seriously giving me life right now — like, I bookmarked 5 of the first 7 pages, good. All about owning who you are, accepting your flaws + embracing your humanity it’s taken me on a riiiide, y’all. In the words of author, Liyana Silver, “Feminine Genius is a provocative wake-up call, nudging you to uncork that fabulous flask and find out just how much magic you’ve been hiding. Because you do have a genie in your bottle—and genius in your body.”
LADY BIRD
I recently watched Lady Bird (because, the Oscar Season obsession is real, y’all) + was pleasantly surprised with how incredible it was. It followed Lady Bird, a California small-town teen finding her way, and her opinionated mother through that awkward stage between girl and woman hood and it tugs. at. your. heartstrings, people. Even if the biggest argument you got into with your Mom was over an extended curfew, I feel like so many of us can relate to the struggle Lady Bird goes through + navigating the tricky mother/daughter relationship dynamic.
